Terms of Service

General Information

• Credit and signatures must remain on the art at all times, and is not to be removed for any reason.• Art may not be edited in any way by anyone other than me (excluding bases).• Upon receiving your finished commission you will have 2 weeks to request changes for free; anything afterwards may incur a fee.• I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason I see fit. I will not draw anything offensive or anything I deem vulgar. I will not copy another artist's design or style, nor use it as "inspiration."• Time of completion will vary from based on my real life. I will do my best to complete your order within 60 days of it being placed.

Payment Information

• Payment is required in full before beginning your commission.
* It must be received within 24 hours of post/completing your form. You will be given one chance only to send your payment; if not received your claim of a slot will be rendered void and it will go back up for sale.• USD via PayPal is the only method of payment that is currently accepted.• When sending a payment: always send as Goods & Services.
Be sure to include a note of who the payment is coming from, and do not include a shipping address!• In the event of auctions, please only bid what you have on hand. Withdrawing bids may result in being blacklisted during future auctions.• Payment plans may be an option for purchases of $150 or more; they must be discussed prior to you placing an order.• Refunds will only be given if I am unable to complete your commission on my end. Don't order if you aren't sure of the commission.

Reselling & Trading

• Commissioned art of any original character may be traded and "resold" alongside the character themself. The art is not to be sold on its own.• Custom characters: may be resold for any amount as long as additional art has been purchased for them. If not, they may only be sold for commissioned amount.• Litter puppies: may be resold for any amount, but there is a profit splitting rule in effect when they are sold for 2x more than commissioned amount:
Ex. You commission a puppy for $40 - the rule comes into effect at $80.
If you sell for $80 or less, you keep 100% of the profits.
If you sell for $$81+, anything over and above the $80 must be split 50/50 with me (e.g. puppy is sold for $100: you keep $90, and send $10 to me).• Bases: may only be resold for their commissioned amount.
Recolors can be sold for any amount and in any currency.
I reserve the right to use any base I create for personal recolors.

Large Art

Options are not available for lineless large arts* Add 75% of total price (i.e. base price + your shading option) for each additional character you would like included.

* Outfits must be purchased alongside a chibi view
Chibi cost is only charged once if purchasing multiple outfits

Litters

Base price includes: main view, 1 accessory, general informationBy commission me to make a litter pup you are trusting me to make the best design choices I see fit. I will not overhaul the design after completion.
